Initial Participation Fee

The PG2011 Committee has already begun planning fund raising events and thinking about ways to minimize the cost of the graduation party.  But we need your help.  In order to jump start our efforts, we are asking each family with a student in the class of 2011 to contribute an initial $50.  These donations are seed money that we will use to put down deposits for fund raisers and the graduation party.

Thanks to all 79 of the families who have already made their payments.  Your generosity has allowed us to begin selling Dierbergs cards. 

To donate, please make your check out to PCH Project Graduation 2011, print your student's name in the memo section of the check and send it to Amy Kweskin at 15565 Valley Branch Dr., Chesterfield, MO  63017.

cards. Every time you run into the store for just a
few items or a cart full of your family's favorite
foods, your purchase could help benefit PG2011.

Schnucks Community Cards

Every time you make a purchase at any Schnucks store, please show this card so that PG2011 receives a donation from Schnucks.  PG2011 receives a percentage of sales after a certain amount of purchases have been made with the cards each month. Umbrellas

Keep dry this fall under an umbrella!  These umbrellas are great for use at all sporting events.  They are available at the PCH school store for $20 each.  Bev Robinson also has them.  She can be reached at bevjrobinson@yahoo.com.    

All-School Rummage Sale

The time to clean out your closets is now!  Then donate to PCH Project Graduation all your prom/party dresses, other clothes, toys, baby items, sports equipment, household items, furniture and books that you are no longer using.  Drop off your donations at PCH on Friday, April 16 4:00-7:00 pm.   

This year the Rummage Sale will open at 7:00 am and end at 1:00 pm.  We look forward to seeing you there for some great deals!

Volunteers are needed to help set up on Friday, April 16 4:00-8:00 pm and to staff the sale on Saturday, April 17 6:30-10:30 am and 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Please contact Sue Didier at sdidier@familysupportnet.org to volunteer.  

All proceeds will be divided among the 4 PCH Project Graduation committees.

A MERS Goodwill truck will also accept unwanted electronics at PCH on Friday, April 16 4:00-7:00 pm and Saturday, April 17 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
